How To Disinfect Tableware

(1) Boil and disinfect. The effect of boiling tableware is reliable and the method is simple. Immerse the tableware in water and boil it for 10 minutes. If it is the tableware used by hepatitis patients, it should be boiled and disinfected for 10 minutes, washed after taking it out, and then boiled for 10 to 15 minutes.
(2) Drug disinfection. There are many drugs that can be used to disinfect tableware, and those with the approval number of the health department must be selected. Disinfectants can be prepared according to the proportion in the instructions. The amount of water is suitable to immerse the tableware to be disinfected. The disinfection soaking time is about 5 minutes.
(3) Disinfect the dishwasher. Dishwasher is a kind of washing, disinfection body machine, which is convenient and practical. It should be noted that the time and temperature of disinfection must be strictly followed in order to ensure the disinfection effect.
(4) Disinfection cabinet disinfection. There are ozone, far infrared and other kinds of disinfection cabinets. Put the tableware into the disinfection cabinet, turn on the button, and turn it off for cooling after 15 ~ 20 minutes.
