Precautions For Using Stainless Steel Tableware

Jul 08, 2022

Although stainless steel tableware is strong and durable, it is not "invincible", and it is also taboo in use.

1. Do not store salt in stainless steel tableware for a long time, as well as foods that are too salty and sour, such as soy sauce, vinegar and vegetable soup, so as to prevent the migration of heavy metals from causing damage to the body.

2. Stainless steel utensils of 304 or above made of high nickel chromium should be used for boiling traditional Chinese medicine or making tea, otherwise chemical reactions are easy to occur.

3. When washing stainless steel tableware, it is good to use neutral detergent instead of strong acid and alkali. If food sticks to tableware, it is good to use blisters to soften it and then remove it. Be careful not to use sharp tools to scrape it directly.
